This App is designed primarily for use by the parents and guardians ("Users") of children enrolled at Brainiac's Childcare Center.

We collect information necessary to provide and maintain quality childcare services, manage your account, and facilitate communication.

- For Safety and Security: To manage check-in/out, verify authorized pick-ups, and respond to emergencies.
- To Personalize the Experience: To display content relevant to your child's age group and enrolled program.
- For Internal Operations: To analyze and improve the effectiveness of our programs and the functionality of the App.
3. How We Share and Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information or your child’s data to third parties. We only share information under the following limited circumstances:
- With Brainiac’s Staff: Relevant child data and parent contact information is shared internally with authorized Brainiac's teachers and administrative staff for the purpose of providing care and education.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party companies (e.g., hosting providers, secure payment processors, and childcare management software) to perform services on our behalf. These parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data and are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than those directed by Brainiac's.
